This house is a "Remodel To Suit" project.   The alterations of closing up the garage entry door from the second bedroom allows security and worry free for small children to go in the garage at night.  A Hall/Closet is added in the living room which offers convenience and proper layout of the living room.  The kitchen is very unique with the raised cabinets top and out, the pictures tells the story of how nice this was designed.  Blending into the taste of the homeowner is always the best way to have your kitchen redone, why not have it your way.  Plus an extra 4' closet in the master bedroom doubled the closet space.

This house is a "Remodel To Suit" project. The alterations involve the Re-Layout of the entire floor plan to suit the homeowner's needs. It is very unique, the homeowner knows exactly what she wanted and that is how the house is redesigned. A room is added for her office and a laundry room attached to the house has been added to eliminate the walking in and out of the garage. The kitchen layout has been changed completely providing more work space and countertop. A second bathroom is also added with a walk-in whirpool tub in the master bath. This is another example of a nice "Create your Own Dream House". This property has a wonderful flowing waterview backyard.
