Q: We need a place to stay while you renovate our house, where can we temporarily stay?
A: You have the option to stay in one of our conveniently located nearby short term rental properties that are available for all NJ Dream House, LLC customers at no charge. Once the work is finished, our professional movers crew will move all your belongings into your new home, a complimentary service we provide.
Q: How long does it take for an entire house to be remodeled?
A: Normal start to finish leadtime for a fully renovated house is 6 to 8 weeks.
Q: If I buy a property and have it remodeled the way I want, will I get my money back when I sell it?
A: Market can go up or down, however, you must take into consideration whether you are planning to sell your house in the next 3 to 5 years or whether you plan to buy and remodel for you to retire, and retirement is a long term plan, therefore it all depends on what you plan to do.
